Life is Crazy

Another long week of working 2 jobs and taking my daughter to her therapies and doctor appointments. I am also helping my Mom to stay motivated to get healthy which is not easy because she lives on the East Coast. I also bring my Dad to his VA appointments once a week which is a 75 mile round trip. I am desperately trying to prioritize my school work. I rarely get to do anything fun. But, I did get a free ticket to the Raiders game tomorrow. I consider that my reward for this crazy week.  

Long Week

 It has been a long week of the normal with work, therapy appointments and doing everything for my daughter through out the week. I also had a very serious family emergency but all is well now for the moment. I still each day am more interested in computers and can not wait to soak up everything from the Lab Sims, assignments and Professor Wu.  

Catch Up Time

 I have never been so motivated and excited to learn, learn, learn everything I possibly can about computers. However,  I work 6 nights a week at my night job and 3 days a week at my day job. I have a daughter with Autism that I take to 4-5 different therapies/appointments per week. I also take her to a specialist every Tuesday in California for an IV treatment. So on my only day off I am in the car for 10 hours and in a doctors office for 4 hours.

Naturally I have fallen behind. I do believe I can somehow fit in my school work during the week. I was not even 100% comfortable using a computer the week before class. I am slowly becoming more confident. So this week it is Catch Up Time because I will not give up.

Back to School

 I am back in school after graduating many years ago LOL I am very excited and eager to learn all I can about the computer world. I have very little free time but I will dedicate it to IS101. I am pretty sure I have never wanted to learn something as much as I want to learn all about the IT world.
